A Beautifully Decorated Screened In Porch

June 7, 2012 by Kristi 9 Comments

Linda at It All Started With Paint has done an amazing job at transforming her screened in porch into a beautiful and relaxing area, perfect for outdoor dining and gathering with family and friends.

Before she worked her magic, the space looked like this…

What a beautiful transformation! Can’t you just imagine spending a lazy summer afternoon there, reading and enjoying some iced tea? I sure can!

    Kristi,

Thank you so much for sharing my screen porch with your wonderful readers!

And you would be so proud of me … not only am I almost complete with my Make it Happen Monday dresser transformation .. a few touchs up and some waxing is up next … but I’ve also added in getting the front yard weeded and pruned and planted! Phew …

    :)

Haha! It only happened because I’m highly motivated … Debbie-Doo is featuring my home tour tomorrow and I needed a decent shot of the front of the house!

This porch is just as charming as Linda herself is! Just love what she did with the space – we’d spend every minute we could in that porch if it was ours! What a great feature choice, Kristi and well done Linda!

I’m loving curtains on a porch. My neighbor has done that and it really ups the style factor.
    Great share!!

I think it’s gorgeous … I love the bright cushions on the bench! My kids would love it especially with some of that sun streaming in … maybe for ladies with a glass of wine having a chinwag! Looks great!

Linda has the golden touch. She knows how to make a house a home and a porch more than a porch!

Just goes to show how much a difference a bit of colour and a few accessories can make – Wonderful colour palette 😉 – wouldn’t ordinarily mix fiery red with turquoise, but it works! [email protected]kdcuk
